I am a sucker for noodles. It’s taken me awhile to try spaghetti meat sauce on spaghetti squash instead of pasta, but I tried it this weekend and it was acceptable. 😉 Pepper, salt and butter made the squash more palatable.
Microwaving the squash for ten minutes and scraping it out with the fork was fun. Scrape, scrape. Simple joys.
Normally I’d have made the meat sauce with ground turkey instead of ground beef, and maybe skipped the butter on the squash. But it was Friday so a little decadence was in order.
